Not likely, already have much better lights. Not enough info really, though. Model number? What type of bulb? Probably overvolted halogen. Lumen/flux rating? What is your intended use? NimH batteries are better than NiCad IMHO but the battery/charging cycles could still be a problem. You can do better new with the LiIon batteries and LED technology IMO, even if it costs a few more $ the warranty can be well worthwhile.
