Taki, I have the biggest frame Surly makes for the LHT (touring frame) and I felt the same as you. I'm 6'5" and long in the upper body. I put on a 150mm Oval stem and it was the best thing I did. I am so mush more comfortable now. I also put a Thomson seat post offset 1" between the two I am now a comfortable on long rides. Go for it, you can always Ebay it back if it does not work out
