"A little rusty" = warning, warning, warning. Look at it and decide based on condition. I rarely if ever get good information from sellers. You have to be ready to chase after a few bad deals and walk away before you find a good deal. And the fact it is lasting over one day in LA tells me it is not a smokin hot deal (too many flippers would snap it up in a couple of hours if it was a great deal). But as an end user, you should be willing to pay closer to market price.

Does look worth looking into.

Note, clueless sellers can sometimes have the best deals.
