I keep thinking about how very easy it'd be to buy a cheapy decoy, leave it unlocked at the racks, and watch it from my neighbor's window (which looks directly at them). Just hang out for the night and wait. I guarantee some scumbag would happen by and see it...and take it.
Dunno what I'd do from there though.
