I've got a Tikit with the safety brace installed and it rolls great. I can't do the one finger trick, but I don't do that when I am rolling my Tikit around day to day. That was just a fun way to goof off for the video.

If I use the grip shown below with my thumb around the safety brace I find I get better lateral control over the Tikit than the stock handle.

I would also point out that an easy mod to the stock handle is gluing in a metal or wood extension to add more grip length...some folks are also removing the foam grip and using cloth tape because the prefer a smaller grip diameter.
