I'm doing RtR and just landed in Dnvr-waiting on the bus to Grand Junction. Left NC with 90 degrees and high humidity in shorts. It was a shock getting off the plane and seeing my breath in the 40 degree temps!
I'll be camping so I sure hope we get a break soon! I will feel better once I get to see my bike that was shipped out last week.
The wind direction does not look very favorable right now with mostly headwinds for most of the week.
Now I know why pepole laughed at work when they heard I was selected in the lottery. I now realize that to them doing 80-90 miles a day with elevations 11,000 ft I "lost" in the lottery.
I hope I remembered my arm and knee warmers!
