7.3 is great

I have a 2007 Trek 7.3FX. i can't vouch for the 2010 models, my cousin just got the 7.2 and likes it. i commuted in both frederick and baltimore maryland areas and the bike has held up strong. i've gotten bar extensions on mine, and wrapped the whole set up in grip tape, i've also added a rear rack, lights, and reflective tape here and there.

I've had the bike for a few years now, the seat is on it's last leg but when i first got it it just took a little bit to let my body adjust to it. after a few rides it was comfortable.

The bike is fast too. great speed for a hybrid, and the long flat handlebars really let you add torque when you're pulling up those big hills.

i always recommend the FX line of bikes to people who are commuting or recreationally ride.

The most important thing is comfort. i personally don't think the 250 is worth it for such minute changes of what you need.

wow this is a long post.
