I will look into the link you provided, I cant even remember the ones I was looking at, I think the brand was Topeak but I just did a search on amazon and then got distracted with all the comments people were making about the rack not fitting. I am mainly using this bike to commute to work so I will just be carring the lock and maybe a little work stuff and lunch, nothing major.
