I would have expected the rust to have been addressed at that price. I would pass. I see a fair amount of rust on the bars, stem and fenders. I would expect to see more during an in person inspection. No thanks.

+1 To be fair on the $25 deals some (including me) have posted, we rarely mention the amount of time spent looking for deals. I look for bikes almost every day. So yes, I occasionally find some great deals. But the best deals go so fast, that if you are not ready to roll on a moments notice, they are long gone. I call this "scooping". Most larger cities have a number of people out there hitting all the garage sales, the thrift stores, C/L and whatever and scooping the best deals.
