Awkward writing aside, this website seems to be an interesting concept. It looks to me like people think up adventures, come up with a budget, and then recruit people to join the trip and share the costs.

The site is a little confusing, though -- I can't figure out if it's a business and someone is earning a commission/markup on the costs, or whether it's a volunteer collective and the cost is just splitting expenses.

Maybe the person who started this thread can shed some light on how all this works.
