I've got a clear plastic bifold fishing wallet that I use. I can see inside of it and its 100% waterproof. My one concern is that it doesn't stay closed and sometimes cards fall out. So I usually through a rubber band around it. I can't find a picture on the web but it cost me about a buck at REI.
