I have a cough like that too. Checked with the Allergist and he says its delayed onset exercise induced asthma. Now, I use my inhaler before I ride but I'm noticing it if my heartrate stays high for awhile. Using my inhaler stops the coughing within a few minutes. Also, humidity and air pollution will trigger the cough.
