I have a Terry saddle, Shimano clipless pedals, pump, kickstand, front and back racks, fenders, bell, mirror, saddle tool bag. I do have lights, but haven't used them yet. I usually have handlebar bag, back rack bag and/or some kind of pannier. I'm shopping for a good set of panniers now, to replace the old, crappy ones we have. One thing I don't carry is a lock! I will, when we're touring though.
