I just upgraded from a Giant Sedona to a Specialized Allez and i am pumped! I've always enjoyed biking and looking forward to putting many miles on my new ride. Since i live in Fl that should not be a problem. I'm 41 and in pretty good shape, hopefully i will be in better shape soon from all the riding
