I don't know if what counts as an accessory. The racks, fenders, and chainguard a stock, so maybe not accessories, whereas if I had added them later, maybe they would count. The rear rack, at least, is physically part of the bike, so I can't justify that as an accessory, but the other parts are at least optional in that they could be removed.
My lovely Sumo horn is my favourite, although, like Snafu's bell/compass, it has limited utility. Pedestrians seldom acknowledge it. Pedestrian's dogs, however, perk up their ears as they hear what appears to be a chew toy coming their way.
The cooler is not a frequent accessory, but it does have its uses.
