We have alot of those tri bikes when I lived in St pete Fla , they always blocked the road a bit when the 90+ people road them..

I have seen some nice 2 wheel/recumbs in the area here in VA.
they always seem so comfy if you like a longer ride. Not sure of the Airodynamics probably pretty good.
I ve heard you can be forgiven but it may require a bit of penance to the Road Gods.
maybe a burnt offering will help???
