perhaps to those buying a cruiser style bike, it is not a selling feature. even if it isn't there, which i said is still possible, it really doesn't matter because when buying a laid back cruiser bike, i really doubt a lock out fork is anywhere near to a feature they want. xoxoxoxoxo is talking to the wrong market. you buy a bike that's a cruiser, you are looking for comfort, comfort done well.
