Yeah, I am seeing them alot as well, and the Sintesi doesnt have one. I admit I am a MTB newbie.

Basicly the article claims there is no real advantage, and in fact may be a disadvantage.
Dunno ... I am not an engineer, and I cant find any definitive positives appart from "It has an intergrated headset" hype.
