That's not a good tarck bike at all.... what you want is something beefy and reinforced like a volume cutter or leader tarck star...
So what it can clear a 700?... I've seen a 70's nottingham raleigh do it with room to spare...
I do remember the fuji track was body doubles with a bikesdirect bike which I forgot the name of....
