for christ's sake don't adjust your saddle position (ie. lower body position) to accommodate your upper body.

1. get your leg and hip angles right.
2. take your bike to the bike shop.
3. swap stems with them until you find the size that fits. Most bike shops will let you trade with them for free or close to it.
