RD: Shimano. Anything thats all metal. Old z-series, old Exage, 105...whatever. As long as its all metal.
BB: Cartridge style. Shimano UN-5X series or equivelant.
Crank: Whatever. Just make sure it has a common bolt pattern. i.e. 130 or 110 bcd
