They both have enough spokes to carry the heaviest, but it would be best to have the shop check that the spoke tension is over 100 kg. The internal hub requires more relaxation of pedalling when downshifting on hills, but is able to downshift when you are stopped at traffic lights.
The derailler bike would take a kickstand that fits to the rear of the RH chainstay, as one going behind the bottom bracket would interfere with the shifter cable.
