Who counts miles? None of my bikes have odometers, speedometers or computers on them, unless you count the Blackberry in my pocket or the net book in the seat bag.
My bikes don't have speedometers, odometers, GPS's, or any other sort of electronic paraphernalia. It just doesn't matter anymore- I'll get where I'm going when I get there. I've got a cell phone in my bag- I might actually get around to using it for something someday.
FWIW: my day job is administrating a network of pharmacy automated dispensing machines at a hospital, so I'm no technophobe.
