I've been slowly getting mine ready. I love having a dedicated winter bike. I swapped out the handle bars and installed a new crankset for it. Now all I really have to do is throw on the studded tires and I'll be good to go. I want to get a good balaclava for this winter. Can anyone recommend one and the best place to purchase it?
