Silly goose, the entire Northern Hemisphere consists of the USA.
If your bike is sweating that much, it's a good sign that your bike is properly hydrated.
Is your bike parked close to any sprinklers? If it is, you may consider relocating your bike. WD40 isn't much use for anything besides drying parts. Once dry, get products that are designed for the job, like Corrosion Block.
