You're to be commended for starting this now. Keep at it, and be vigilant against backsliding. When I was in my late 20s I got down to 212 from 264, but then gradually gained it all back and more until at age 50 I was at 304. I have no idea why I quit trying. Now I'm back down to 230 and looking forward to the day I break 200. I know I can and will do it. I know you can, too. I wish I'd done it 20 years ago.
