About Physical Therapists?
I have been to many over the years and I find the "quality" for lack of a better term varies.
Sounds like your justs discharged PT may not be up to the job.
Ask around for a recommend - perhaps your present MD or if you go with a physiatrist?

Ditto re quality of PT's. Also, if you don't get a regular, full body massage, consider doing that too. There are great ones in Boulder. Keep working on things, and let us know how it's going. Complain as necessary.
