I have the exact same year and model (560EX - the regular 560 had Shimano 105 parts) but I haven't yet had the chance to rebuild and ride it. I'd say the price is decent as well, especially with the Brooks. By the way, the original stem and bars were SR so you're getting better parts there. If they ride as nice as you say I guess I'll have to get going on mine
