If anyone is interested, I've attached a
heart rate zone calculator spreadsheet that I made up a while back. It has several versions of them all in one place, i.e. Peter Keen, Sally Edwards, Karnoven Formula. Pretty much covers whatever floats yer boat. These are all based on MAX HR and not AT.
