They have no Bike mechanic, someone just puts the bike together, with a little mechanical aptitude.
then goes back to selling fishing tackle, guns,
or cleaning the floor , etc.
thats the point , .. there is no bike department mechanic.
you are better off getting a bike from a bike shop.. even a reconditioned used one ..
The company that makes the parts that they ship to the frame factory that paints a brand name on it
has a cheap group and a number of different price point kits all the way up to the Pro stuff.
go to the Library and read what you can find there about bike mechanics ,
and learn to know what you are looking at that way .
and when the inevitable problems arise you will at least know the words to use
to describe the problem to the bike shop mechanic who will help fix it.
