using cannondale caad9 as a touring bike
Planning a long tour and I would like to use my cannondale road bike. Any recommendations for rack and pannier systems? Rear rack has to attach to seat post. Has anyone used the Topeak rack and bag with panniers? Doesn't seem to be any other options. Thanks.
