Only manufacturer I've heard of called Rose is a German company that have just started to import high quality new road bikes into the UK. This might be one of their earlier products, perhaps? No idea if that's correct. Looks like a high quality demountable frame with those brilliant Stainless Steel couplings, great for travel, you can fit your whole road bike into a largish suitcase!
