So true. Sometimes I have to remind myself to just slow down and enjoy this beautiful state we're in. I did that today during my ride in Dover. On a part that I usually hammer on... I just kind of slowed down...looked around at the beautiful pond...breathed...it was so refreshing. I really should have taken a picture.
