Should i have barrel adjusters on my SRAM Rival shifters and brakes?

I have a SRAM Rival setup on a bike (Ridley cross bike) i got that was kit'ed and built by a LBS. I noticed that none of my derailieurs or brakes have any barrel adjusters for adjustment. I got the RD dialed in without one, but the FD has loosened up again and i wish i could adjust it. Having them on the brakes would also be nice...

Whats the best type to use and where should i install them? The front brake has a hanger thing off the headset, is that ideal? The rear brake's brake housing holder part is build into the frame. The RD is bottom pull and has a plastic pulley below because the cable is routed on top of the TT. Where is the best place for an adjuster there?

Is there a reason i wouldn't have these?

Thanks!
