I tend to get winded towards the end of the ride on certain days, but feel like that is improving. I am diabetic type I and the toughest challenge is keeping my Blood Sugars up. When they drop its like hitting a brick wall. I have to stop check BS and then adjust. Kinda pain in the butt.

The club has about 600 members and offers many types of rides so as to accommodate many people.

Also, they are a very social group.
