Race is done and the results are in.
6 mile paddle: 1 hour 16minutes
17 mile bike (hilly haha): 1 hour 7 minutes
5k run: 36 minutes walked about 50 yards my legs did not want to work right they wanted to pedal and not run had to get them into rythm.
Over all I improved over 20 minutes from my previous years time. Feels great, but I need to work on a faster run that is my weak link. Well that and the 8/9% grade hills for the ride. I am use to flat Chicago terrian.
