As far as the trainer goes, you can't get much better than Kinetic. I have a Rock and Roll - its a great machine. I can't speak for the computer as I don't have it. Obviously the altimeter is useless on the trainer though.

One advantage of it though is the fact that its calibrated to measure Watts based on your speed on the Kinetic trainer, although that can easily be achieved with a quick Excel Spreadsheet as well.
