my 60cm tommasini was about the same weight when it was built up with record 10spd, eurus wheels, some carbon bits, and a threadless fork. now she is about 20.5 with a mix of all aluminum campagnolo parts and the threaded fork (this includes a heavy michie seatpost, c record cranks, and "8spd" ergos converted to 10spd)
