FF,
It's hard to tell just what shape the frame is in (rust?) due to the recent mat black paint job - do see rust on the front V-brake and back brake is different. It has older rear triangle and stem & stem riser set-up - would guess it's 5-10 yrs old. It is also a Dual-Drive set-up, but the screw-in chain shifter thingy in the rear is missing (as is the shifter per the ad).
My NWT, which has been stored inside my garage at the beach for less than two years, is showing signs of rust on the quick releases. The beach is hard on metal objects. There are better looking and likely maintained ones out there IMO. Also, I think 58cm is likely a little big for you - it's the equivalent of a Large-Sized stock frame that fits me at 6'3". :>)
