Yes, I've posted on that. I have two cheap solutions. The first is a 5 minute DIY copy of the Dinotte taillight mount made from some plastic pipe using a saw and a heat gun.

The next works if you've got a sprung saddle


There are other solutions that involve various ways of attaching 3/4" PVC to a bike frame, rack, rack trunk or various other contraptions.
