If it's warm, nothing more than usual. Warm = > about 65, though the temp where I decide to don rain gear depends on how hard it's raining. A light drizzle, I'll go down to 60, maybe even 55. If it's pouring, I'll probably want rain gear even at 70.

My rain gear is all vented/breathable from J&G cyclewear. Wears like iron. My jacket is pushing 4 years old now and I wear it as a top layer all winter and it still is close to new (the zipper pull took some damage in the clothes washer once, that's the only problem).
