you'll need a park rt-1 or similar, to knock the cups out of the headtube. You'll also need a press, like the park hhp-2. With the help of a friend and home depot, i made a "Park FU-2" out of some all-thread, washers, bolts, and weird copper plumbing fittings. Saved alot of money, that way.

My "Park FU-2" is made of 2 blockes of wood, a bolt, a few nuts and washers (cut and fender). In addition to this press I use a bar clamp to help when the FU-2 doesn't pull straight.
