I bought my bike about 3 weeks ago. I have been riding it quite a bit. They say when you buy a brand new bike, ride it for X amount of km/miles and then bring it in for a tune-up... Well the LBS has a turn around time of a week...ARRGGHHH.. I don't know if I can go a week without my bike.
I just asked them if they loan bikes while mine is getting it's tune-up and the answer was NOPE. What would you guys do?
A few more questions. I am new to mountain biking. Is there anything I can do on my own to make sure it keeps running smooth?
There are these black ball thingies on my cables, what are those? Does it matter if you move them around?
