I wouldn't like the sound of 200 strokes, unless it's a mountain bike tire and I'm mentally prepared for it.
its definatly mtn bike sized. 200 strokes on a skinny rodie tire would suck!. same pump on a 700x28 pasela is around 75 -100 strokes.its been a long time since I have had to do it so I dont remember exactly. plus I'm a big fella and it doesnt seem to really get hard to push,just tired from the repeteition
