Lets see... it is a hand built racing bike built on Prestige and Reynold's 853 tubes, the crank is carbon, and when I was playing with it as an SS it was 21 pounds without any crazy light parts except the crank... this made it as light as my 531 framed fg road bike and my vintage road bike.

With the added gears and new lighter wheels it probably gained 1.5 pounds but I have yet to hang it off the scale.

It is lighter than my hand built hard tail which is just a spec over 25 pounds.
