I have the Lyt Plus, I had bought it with a Dlumotech Oval Plus. The Lyt is quite a looker but looks can be deceptive; they're bright & it's standlight is amazing, but it's light beam on the road is like a 'Bright Box' of light, for commutes I guess it'll do the job or if used as a secondary light for lighting the road near the bike but I don't think it's made for fast rides. Since I bought it for brevets it's now only lying in a box since the Oval Plus does the job flawlessly, it may not be as bright as the Lyt but has a far more useful beam & I've easily ridden at 40kmph with them in sheer darkness of country roads; and I've seen their price fall from $76 to $30 at Peterwhite. I'll say if they still have the Dlumotech Oval I can assure that you wont regret.
