Thanks.

I have to chuckle a bit as back in the '80s I did a bike tour from CA to Ft Worth. When I got to Fort Worth I thought it was quite decidedly un bike friendly. I grew up there, and rode a bike there... but it had been awhile since I was back, and most of my time there was in the '60s and '70's, the latter during the gas shortages. I left in '74. But compared to the open road, Fort Worth just seemed quite unfriendly.

When I visit, my relatives in the area keep taking me down to Trinity Park and to the trails there... "Look we ride bikes here now..." I have to laugh.

The area is changing though. But I doubt Camp Bowie Blvd will ever be bike friendly... those bricks just make it a bit dangerous... unless you are on fat tires.
