Put a couple of lbs. of air in the tube before you mount the tire. Mount 1 side of the tire first then the tube, then the other side of the tire. Then when you mount the tire into the rim, just before you pump it up shove the valve stem into the center of the tire, you will probably feel the flange of the stems bace and tube pop into place, or into the tires center. Then air tire up. Good luck
