Cracker7213, good suggestion. I went back to the garage and I "loosened" up the qr skewers. These skewers are different from the Campy skewers that I am used to. I am still feeling my way around maing adjustments on this bike.
I loosened them up a bit and the wheel seems to be turning better/easier.
