You're not the first Kilo TT owner to have this problem. It's a 2 piece seatpost, but if it's indeed threaded together, then you might be able to repair it using Loctite Red and a visegrip and bench vise to tighten it up. If you do replace it, get a better quality post that uses one piece construction. Kalloy makes a good post this size (26.8).
